What to expect

Our first session is about getting to know you and making sure you feel comfortable with the process and your specialist.

Although each person is different, we recommend a minimum of 6 sessions to give you time to set goals and begin to see positive changes in your life.

Together we will design your own Well Plan. Throughout the realisation of your Well Plan, we will provide support as you gain confidence and face daily challenges. We will also be there to celebrate your achievements.

Further sessions involve reviewing your Well Plan and finding out more about your successes and challenges.

Sessions last approximately 45 mins.
